More control with Call Controller

RingCentral is one of my favorite tools in my pastry business. Just as how amazed I am with kitchen gadgets, I love how RingCentral makes life a lot easier for me and my employees.

One special feature of RingCentral is the Call Controller. This is a desktop application that can be installed in the computer, and comes free with every RingCentral plan. It serves as the main control center of my RingCentral account, and instantly turns my computer into a powerful business phone. Through the Call Controller, I can view all call activities, make and answer calls, send and receive faxes, and listen to voicemails. All the settings and preferences for my RingCentral number and its extensions can also be adjusted through the Call Controller.

There are a lot of things that I can do through the Call Controller. For instance, if there is an incoming call, I can choose ask the auto-attendant to give a message to the caller by reading a text that I entered. This way, I do not have to actually talk to the caller. I can also listen in as callers leave a voicemail message, and pick up to talk with them. The RingCentral Call Controller has given me real-time total control of all my calls, faxes and messages.
