Dealing with customers
I am very much aware that in the food business, your success will greatly depend on your customers. A lot of times, this is beyond giving quality products. You have to extend your reach and give them more, so that not only will the go back to you, but so that they would encourage others to try out what you have to offer.
When I got a separate toll free number for customer service, I saw my profit shoot up. This proves that good customer service is highly rewarding. As with any toll free number, calling it is free for the caller. This is of great advantage to customers, since they can dial out the number and not worry about call costs.
When callers dial out the RingCentral toll free number of the pastry shop, they are automatically answered by the auto-attendant. The auto-attendant then directs them to the branch nearest to them, based on the area code of the caller. This way, picking up their orders would be most convenient to them.
The Click-to-Call Me feature has also been a lot of help for my pastry shop. Visitors of my pastry shop’s website just have to click on the toll free number to dial and connect. Another convenient feature is the RingCentral Fax on Demand. By dialing a specific extension of the toll free number, callers can retrieve a fax document such as our menu, or the map going to the shop. This is great help both to the customers and to my team, since this eliminates the need to request for a fax to be sent, and we would not need to manually send out a fax as well.
Through RingCentral, I and my team have been able to deliver excellent customer service that results to more profit, and faster business growth.
