Branching out

I honestly did not expect my pastry shop to be able to expand. When I set up shop years ago, my aim was just to do what I love the most. But when I saw that my pastry shop was doing well in my area, I thought it best to put up new branches. I made computations and saw that with the amount of money I had, I could jumpstart two new branches in different locations. I was ready to branch out!

Of course, I knew that along with setting up two new branches, I would get two new set of work to do. A lot changed in the way I run my business since the two branches started. I spent a lot of time in managing them during the first months. I was also training the employees and everyone was still learning and adjusting. It took a lot of my time and energy, but I knew it was all worth it.

Branching out requires the whole team to be in constant communication, for all the branches to achieve the same excellent results. From the time when the branches were just set up until now that they are already established, I stay in constant communication with my employees through RingCentral Online. Its advanced features have given us the tools to be more efficient and effective. The tools and functions of RingCentral let us easily communicate with each other, eliminating delays in the relay of information. From accepting calls to sending important documents, we are able to do everything the right way because of RingCentral Online.

In the same way that I have found my employees highly reliable in helping me run the business well, I see RingCentral as one of the best partners I have for my pastry shop. I even think that we can further expand in the near future, and we’re sure to bring RingCentral to wherever we choose to branch out.
