I also use the Internet to promote my products. My pastry shop has a website which people can visit to get to know my pastry shop and the products sold in it. Through Click-to-Call, my customers have access to the branch nearest to them.

Another cool feature for instant information is the Fax on Demand. This is a RingCentral Fax feature that enables faxes to be sent to customers instantly and without the need for permission from the sender. By setting up an extension dedicated to faxing a document, customers can simply dial and request for a fax to be sent to them. I set up my Fax on Demand extension to fax out the menu of my pastries and cakes, including their prices as well as the contact details and addresses of all my branches.
