Surprise calls
I like how caller ID prepares me for incoming calls. I honestly do not like talking on the phone too much. I get a bit anxious every time my phone would ring. There’s extra stress when I see an unidentified number on the screen. Through the years, I got the hang of it. Answering and making calls are now part of my everyday life. I talk to customers, suppliers, employees, banks and other contacts.
My contacts list grows bigger and bigger. However, no matter how many contacts are there stored in my list, I still get a lot of unidentified callers. I call these surprise calls. I would get calls from past customers and prospective business contacts, people whom I consider to be important. On the other hand, I also get unwanted calls such as telemarketers. These are calls that can hinder me from being more productive and efficient.
RingCentral provides a solution for these surprise calls. Here’s how. Every incoming call is automatically recorded in the call log, which can be accessed through the Call Controller or through my RingCentral Online account. I can then save important numbers, and block unwanted callers. With RingCentral, I am able to prioritize my business contacts, and not waste any minutes on unwanted calls.
